Do you bill my insurance company directly?
Yes. We work with all insurance companies. We document the damage, write the estimate in Xactimate — the same program the adjusters use — and bill your carrier directly. On covered losses you usually pay just your deductible.
How fast can you get here?
We dispatch around the clock. In Orange County we target 60–90 minutes to your door; San Diego County, Temecula and Murrieta get the fastest crew available, day or night.
Do you do the repairs too, or just the cleanup?
We do it all. FirstHour is run by SSD Constructors, a licensed Class A and B general contractor. The same company that dries your walls puts the drywall, flooring and paint back. No second contractor.
